Simulation and Analysis of Power System Short Circuit Fault Based on Matlab
CHANG Xiao-ying,WU Qian-qiong (Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology,Luoyang 471023,China)The basic characterics of Matlab/Simulink and the basic method and process of applying Matlab in the simulation of power system are introduced.Matlab SimPowersystems Blockset is used to build a model of single-machine infinity-bus system and simulate various fault of power system.The results show that the simulation waveform is in line with theoretical analysis and Matlab is a powerful tool for the simulation of power system fault.
New Quality Productivity of Water Conservancy: Connotation Interpretation, Theoretical Framework and Implementation Path
ZUO Qiting;QIN Xi;MA Junxia;In the context of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, new quality productivity has become an intrinsic requirement and an important focus of high quality development. In order to implement the deployment requirements of accelerating the development of new quality productivity into all aspects of water conservancy work, the paper put forward the concept and connotation of new quality productivity in water conservancy. It believed that new quality productivity of water conservancy is an advanced productivity that pursues high technology, high efficiency, high quality, and conforms to new development concepts, and proposed a theoretical framework of new quality productivity of water conservancy consisting of five parts: guiding ideology, basic principles, theoretical basis, main research content and support system, and expounded its main research content. Based on the four aspects of engineering, technology, system and management support, the implementation path of new quality productivity of water conservancy was proposed. This paper provided a theoretical basis and path reference for accelerating the formation and development of new quality productivity of water conservancy.

A Mathematical Model of Consumer Price Index in Henan Province Based on Multiple Regression Analysis
ZHANG Yuan-zhang,WANG Shu-min(North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power,Zhengzhou 450011,China)In order to get the relationship among the Consumer Price Index with the five indicators in Henan Province,such as retail price index,price index for means of agricultural production,price index for manufactured goods,price index for raw materials,fuel and power,and the price index of investment in fixed assets,the multiple regression model on Consumer Price Index in Henan Province was established by collecting the data and using SAS software,the Consumer Price Total Index in Henan Province by multiple regression analysis was analyzed.There was a linear relationship among Consumer Price Index with the five indicators,then,the model was tested from the theoretical and practical side.The results show that the accuracy of model reach to 97.862 49%,so it can be used to forecast Consumer Price Index in Henan Province.
Research on Standard System of Smart Water Conservancy with Digital Twin Water Conservancy as the Core

Based on the analysis of the consensus on the concept of smart water conservancy, the research and implementation of digital twin water conservancy, and the application guarantee of smart water conservancy business, this paper designs the basic principles for the formation of the smart water conservancy standard system and analyzes the evolution process of the smart water conservancy framework proposed by the Ministry of Water Resources. A smart water conservancy standard system with digital twin water conservancy as the core, consisting of basic common standards, information infrastructure standards, digital twin platform standards, business application standards, network security standards, construction and operation standards, etc., was proposed. Finally, the development path of smart water conservancy standards is envisioned. It is expected that the standard system established in this paper can provide reference for the systematic research, comprehensive promotion and scientific formulation of smart water conservancy standards in China, and at the same time provide support for the scientific and standardized construction and healthy and orderly development of smart water conservancy.
Attribution Analysis and Coping Strategies of Current Urban Waterlogging Problem in China
CHEN Qianyun;YU Hongjing;GAO Xuerui;AN Tingli;WANG Yubao;SUN Miao;For the severe challenges of urban construction and management brought by frequent rainstorms and waterlogging disasters,aiming to solve the problem of urban waterlogging in China at the present,we start from the current situation of urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters,then analyze occurrence characteristics and main inducements of urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters. Based on the successful cases of urban rainstorms in different countries and regions,and combining with the new situation of urban rainstorm and waterlogging prevention,we summarize and forecast the development trend of urban rain and flood management technology,and propose the system concept of coping urban waterloggingproblems. Through the proposal of this conception,we propose the following three suggestions for coping the current urban waterlogging in our country:(1) using advanced control technology of urban waterlogging which we can learn from the developed country;(2) we need to make full use of the rain-flood model to establish a set of effective urban storm-flood process simulation model;(3) we should build a set of rain and flood management system which is suitable for Chinese cities. The implementation of the above three points can promote the further urbanization construction in China,the implementation experiences will be some reference for improving the safety protection capabilities of urban flood prevention,disaster reduction,the improvement of urban rain and flood response and emergency management.
Comparison Analysis of Constitutive Models of Reinforced Concrete Structures Based on ABAQUS
MENG Wen-yuan,WANG Jun-feng,ZHANG Rui(North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power,Zhengzhou 450011,China)The elastic and elastoplastic damage constitutive relations for reinforced concretes were expounded.Using the ABAQUS software,the elastic and elastoplastic damage of the reinforced concrete beam was analyzed,and the results were compared.The key points of the elastic constitutive model of concretes and elastoplastic damage constitutive model were given in the ABAQUS software,and the models were verified effective and practical.It would provide a reference for the further analysis of reinforced concrete structures.
Research on Data Preprocess in Data Mining
PENG Gao-hui,WANG Zhi-liang(North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power,Zhengzhou 450011,China)Beginning from the initial data source,data preprocess routine technological process method is summed up,and at the same time,it is put forward that,gaining source data should be as a step of data preprocess.Datafusion is brought into data preprocess,and the data circulation preprocess pattern is proposed;it is a fairly good reference pattern for further studies in data mining,and provides much better analysis method to raise the data mass,and gave an important guarantee to forecasting the result mass.
Design of Adaptive Filter Based on LMS Algorithm in Matlab
CHEN Li-xia,LI Ya-ping,YAO Shu-xia(North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power,Zhengzhou 450011,China)According to the character of LMS algorithm,the programs(*.m) of finite adaptive filter based on LMS in Matlab is compiled,and the designed filter is used to accomplish the filter of audio signal and sine wave which are disturbed by white noise.The conclusion from the theoretic analysis and simulation result show that,the designed filter has fast track and convergency capability along with small steady-state error.
Research Progress on the Treatment of Heavy Metal Pollution in Water by Adsorption

At present, the treatment methods of heavy metal sewage mainly include chemical precipitation, oxidation and reduction, ion exchange, electrochemistry, membrane separation, adsorption and so on. Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. Adsorption method has its special advantages in the field of water treatment of heavy metal pollution, due to its simple operation, wide sources of materials and wide range of application. Adsorption materials are the key factor affecting the treatment of heavy metal pollution in water by adsorption. Research progresses of adsorption materials for heavy metal wastewater treatment were reviewed, and the prospect of future development was discussed. This paper reviewed the research progress of various adsorption materials in the treatment of heavy metal pollution in water, and made a prospect on the application of adsorption method in the treatment of heavy metal polluted water.
