Study on the Main Performance of Regenerated Concrete
Xing Zhenxian Zhou Yuenong(Dept.of Civil Engineering,North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power Zhengzhou 450045)A concept of regenerated concrete is first advanced.Its main performance is tested,which slump is lowers,strength decreases,elastic modulus decreases and tensile strain increases. In addition,the high strength,low brittleness regenerated concrete is researched.
Assessment and Diagnosis Analysis Method for Regional Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based on Connection Number
JIN Juliang;SHEN Shixing;LI Jianqiang;CUI Yi;WU Chengguo;In order to quantitatively judge the overall status of water resources carrying capacity system and diagnose the key indexes which led the system locate vulnerability status under the random,fuzzy or unascertained complex conditions,connection number method was used to effectively handle the uncertainty between assessment indexes and grading standard of regional water resources carrying capacity,the minimum relative entropy principle was used to combine assessment sample connection number and assessment indexes connection number,subtraction based set pair situation is proposed to estimate the deterministic state and development trend of regional water resources carrying capacity system at present from macro-level and to identify vulnerability indexes,and then connection number based assessment and diagnosis analysis method for water resources carrying capacity,named CNAD for short,was established. The research results of CNAD were applied to assess the water resources carrying capacity of Huaibei City show that the water resources carrying capacity grades in 2004,2010 and 2020 are between the general grade and the weak grade,the comprehensive development trend of the region water resources carrying capacity is negative. The assessment and diagnosis analysis results of CNAD are reasonable and reliable owing to the comprehensive utilization of assessment information of single-valued connection number,CNAD is simple and convenient,and CNAD can be applied to assess and diagnose different actual regional resources and environment carrying capacity.
Realization of PISO Algorithm and Comparison Convergence Characteristics with SIMPLE Series Algorithms
WANG Wei-shu1,3,XU Wei-hui1,ZHAI Zhao-jiang1,MENG Qing-dong2,CHEN Ting-kuan3,LUO Yu-shan3(1.North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power,Zhengzhou 450011,China;2.Yanggu Power Supply Company,Yanggu 252300,China;3.Xi'an Jiaotong University,National Key Laboratory of Multiphase Flow in Power Engineering,Xi'an 710049,China)For realizing of PISO program,two typical examples of floating exchanging heat are used to testify the correctness.The convergence and robustness characteristics about PISO,SIMPLE,SIMPLEC,SIMPLER are compared,the results show that the convergence characteristics and the robustness characteristics of the different algorithms are concerned with the given problems.The CPU times of PISO increases because the p″ equations iterating.The convergence characteristics of SIMPLE and SIMPLEC are always inferior to that of PISO and SIMPLER.The robustness characteristics of PISO depend on the given problems.
Construction Method of Whitenization Weight Function in Grey System Teaching

Application of Frame Difference Methods in Real-time Moving Target Tracking

A fuzzy optimum theory, model and approach for multiobjective decision making systems
CHEN Shou yu (Department of Civil Engineer, Dalian University of Technology., Dalian 116024, China)This paper proposes a fuzzy optimum theory, model and approach for multiobjective decision making systems based on relative membership degree and relative membership function, further, an approach to determinate objective weights are proposed by combination of objectivity and subjectivity. A Case study shows the method is applicable to floodcontrol operation of reservoirs.
Study on the optimal operation of hydropower station based on genetic algorithms

Compared with the GAs based on binary coding adopted ususally, the GAs based on denary coding is more efficient. An example proved GAs based on denary coding could produce better result within same generation and operate significantly faster in contrast to GAs on binary coding.
Research Progress on Spatial Equilibrium of Water Resources
JIN Juliang;LI Jianqiang;WU Chengguo;HE Jun;GUO Xuning;ZHANG Haoyu;CHEN Menglu;CHEN Lei;In order to systematically sort out the development context, main research contents and development trend of the existing research on water resources spatial equilibrium, based on the concept connotation, analysis, identification, evaluation, regulation and other related research of water resources spatial equilibrium, this paper analyzes the process of mutual constraints and coordination of various elements of the water resource-socioeconomic-ecological environment composite system to achieve spatial equilibrium, which can provide theoretical guidance for the high-level supply and demand allocation of water resources in the future and the construction of a national modern water network. The research on the spatial equilibrium of water resources is also a further deepening and expansion of the research on water resources carrying capacity. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing research results of spatial equilibrium in related disciplines, focusing on the strategic significance of the research on the spatial balance of water resources for national water security, summarizing the research directions of the conceptual connotation, analysis and identification, evaluation methods and control methods of water resources spatial equilibrium. On this basis, the paper puts forward the following development trends of water resource spatial equilibrium in the future. Firstly, the concept of spatial equilibrium of water resources should be further improved, and the way to maintain balance in the interaction among the three systems of water resources, economic society and ecological environment should be clarified. Secondly, analyze and identify the main factors that affect the spatial equilibrium of water resources, and clarify the ways in which relevant spatial analysis methods are applied to the research of spatial equilibrium of water resources. Thirdly, construct a complete water resources spatial equilibrium index system and adopt effective methods for regional water resources spatial equilibrium assessment. Fourthly, the spatial equilibrium regulation of water resources should explore ways to determine the objective function and constraints, and construct a spatial equilibrium-oriented optimal allocation model of water resources, and further strengthen the research on the spatial equilibrium regulation of water resources.
Statistical analytic approach determining membership function

Sichuan University, Chengdu 610064, China)Trapezoidal membership function is widely used for its simple form and the low requirement for data. But it can't reflect objective facts very well. On the basis of data, this paper gives a kind of membership function by using the statistical approach so as to eke out trapezoidal membership function. Trapezoidal membership function is regarded as an especial example of this membership function. The arithmetical example makes it clear that this membership function reflects objective facts better.
Attribution Analysis and Coping Strategies of Current Urban Waterlogging Problem in China
CHEN Qianyun;YU Hongjing;GAO Xuerui;AN Tingli;WANG Yubao;SUN Miao;For the severe challenges of urban construction and management brought by frequent rainstorms and waterlogging disasters,aiming to solve the problem of urban waterlogging in China at the present,we start from the current situation of urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters,then analyze occurrence characteristics and main inducements of urban rainstorm and waterlogging disasters. Based on the successful cases of urban rainstorms in different countries and regions,and combining with the new situation of urban rainstorm and waterlogging prevention,we summarize and forecast the development trend of urban rain and flood management technology,and propose the system concept of coping urban waterloggingproblems. Through the proposal of this conception,we propose the following three suggestions for coping the current urban waterlogging in our country:(1) using advanced control technology of urban waterlogging which we can learn from the developed country;(2) we need to make full use of the rain-flood model to establish a set of effective urban storm-flood process simulation model;(3) we should build a set of rain and flood management system which is suitable for Chinese cities. The implementation of the above three points can promote the further urbanization construction in China,the implementation experiences will be some reference for improving the safety protection capabilities of urban flood prevention,disaster reduction,the improvement of urban rain and flood response and emergency management.
